Lightning Capital Management Group LLC, Investment Manager to a Multi-Strategy Platform of Private Funds, Announces $100 Million Venture Fund II Target and Integration with Premier GTM; Michele Griffin Joins as General Partner and Chief Operating Officer
MIAMI and SAN FRANCISCO, May 28, 2026 – Lightning Capital Management Group LLC, the investment manager to a platform of private funds spanning venture capital, systematic digital asset strategies, and late-stage secondaries, today announced a $100 million target for its Lightning Venture Fund II. Concurrently, the firm is integrating operations with Premier GTM, a go-to-market advisory firm founded by Michele Griffin. Griffin will join Lightning Capital Management Group LLC as General Partner and Chief Operating Officer, with immediate responsibility for operations and Fund II.
This integration brings additional operational and go-to-market expertise to the platform. Griffin previously served in a Go-To-Market leadership role at Andreessen Horowitz and founded Premier GTM, where she has advised venture-backed companies and investors including clients such as Craft Ventures and Norwest Venture Partners.

Venture Fund II Focus
